1. The Role
The selected candidate will join the marketing team for the Bobbi Brown and Smashbox make-up brands. Within the team, and in support of the Marketing Manager, the intern will be responsible for the following activities:
Key Performance Areas
Act as the liaison between the marketing team, retailers, and suppliers;Support the Product Marketing Coordinator in implementing product, visual merchandising, and brand trade strategies across all retailers, ensuring brand image, launches, and in-store activations;Assist with visual merchandising activities for always-on projects and new doors (planograms for creating and monitoring in-store visual excellence, managing material orders, creating visuals, coordinating VM agencies);Support the Product Marketing Coordinator and trade teams in checking retailer websites and online visibility;Assist the EMEA online team for brand.com (product grid, translations, alignment checks with local marketing plans);Analyze sell-in and sell-out data and help implement key documents for brand management monitoring (launches, GWPs, samples, collateral forecasts, retail sales analysis for brand and competitors);
2. Support market strategy and execution of 360° marketing campaigns;
3. Assist in implementing and reviewing presentations and key documents for sales force and retailer meetings (Canvass presentations, price lists, etc.);
4. Support event development in-store and at headquarters, managing all related materials (promotional and POS materials, catering, window displays, etc.).
Requirements
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
6. Excellent knowledge of Canva;
7. Creative and innovative mindset;
8. Ability to analyze sales reports and survey results;
9. Problem-solving skills, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail;
10. Positive attitude and team spirit;
11. Fluency in both English and Italian.
