Cossi Costruzioni – Responsabile Contabilità Lavori
Cossi Costruzioni, founded in 1976, has a long history in public and private construction. In April 2019 it partnered with Webuild S.p.A and is becoming a leading general contractor for infrastructure projects in Italy.
The role reports directly to the Project Manager of the project and is responsible for accounting the civil works. It works in correspondence with the group's accounting for works.
Responsabilità
Measurement registration for active works accounting and preparation of official accounting documents.
Managing relations with the client for definition of SAL, variant reports, contractual documentation.
Verification of project quantities and revisions in case of variants.
Determining physical progress (SIL).
Preparation of the operational project estimate.
Control of revenue and cost progress against budget.
Control of work-consultants.
Preparation of accounting for contractors and suppliers.
Reconciliation of invoices issued by contractors with progress status.
Requisiti professionali richiesti
Degree in Engineering, Geometer diploma or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of Office, especially Excel and Str Vision.
Understanding of construction site phases, commissioning, maintenance of complex systems.
Ability to read technical projects.
Ability to prepare metric calculations and accounting documents.
Knowledge of cost accounting methods by unit and measure.
Experience with works accounting software and integrated management.
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Il candidato ideale has at least 5 years of experience in construction firms, preferably in rail, highway, hospital, or airport sectors, and is able to work autonomously and in a team.
Condizioni contrattuali ed economiche
Classification and CCNL – CCNL Edilizia Industria, level 7.
Contract type – Indefinite.
Salary band – RAL €44,000 – €54,000.
