We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as Key Account Manager - Amazon PARP (Pick up and Returns points) in Italy.
Amazon PARP is an alternative delivery solution offering convenient pickup and return options to customers. As the Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand our network, requiring a proven track record in C-level stakeholder management, complex contract negotiations, and end-to-end network ownership.
As a key member of the PARP team, you will work cross-functionally to manage the entire client relationship lifecycle. Responsibilities include overseeing network development and rollout, optimizing performance, conducting reviews, creating action plans, and managing contract renewals. You will serve as the primary contact for external partners and internal teams, ensuring excellent customer experience while collaborating with Tech Ops, Finance, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, and Product Management.

Key job responsibilities
* Own and develop executive relationships with C-level stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for strategic decisions and partnership growth.
* Lead complex contract negotiations, including commercial terms, SLAs, and partnership conditions.
* Conduct market analysis and forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
* Manage the PARP network in Italy, including performance optimization, expansion, and quality control.
* Drive network development, maintain operations, conduct performance reviews, and manage contracts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless network operations.
* Lead expansion strategies and new product/service launches to drive revenue and market share.
* Lead offline marketing and advertising campaigns with location partners to increase awareness and utilization.
* Ensure best-in-class customer experience across all Pickup locations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
* Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Experience managing strategic customers, P&L, and high-level negotiations.
* Experience in FMCG, retail, logistics, or e-commerce industries.
* Strong financial, analytical, and strategic relationship management skills.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, anticipating market trends.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Master's degree preferred.
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
