Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager (KAM) builds and maintains strong relationships with Company's most strategic, high-value accounts, serving as their primary partner to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. The KAM understands customer needs, coordinates internal teams to deliver solutions, identifies opportunities to expand engagement, and supports long-term planning. This role is essential for maximizing patient and client value, driving revenue from priority accounts, and consistently achieving defined sales targets through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
Account Management & Sales Execution:
Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned key accounts.
Conduct both in-person and virtual engagements to enhance product understanding.
Market & Business Intelligence:
Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market access dynamics.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company guidelines.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and account management efforts.
Participate in company-sponsored meetings, conferences, and training programs.
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
~5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience with a strong track record.
~ Ability to analyze business data and develop strategic account plans.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Travel & Location:
Must reside within the assigned region and be willing to travel as needed.
CCNL Chimico, starting with temporary contract 1 year
