Overview
Product Sales Specialist Clinical IT for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all activities related to the Clinical IT solutions.
This position is part of the Solution Design team located in Italy and will be fully remote.

You will be part of the Clinical IT team and report to the Clinical IT Manager, coordinating both upstream (the product) and downstream (the go-to-market) sales, marketing, project management, and consulting post-sales activities for the Beckman Coulter Clinical IT portfolio.

Responsibilities
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the healthcare IT landscape to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with healthcare professionals and IT departments.
Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, customer support, and professional services, to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to post-implementation.
Manage issues that arise during project implementation and identify corrective actions necessary to complete the project within the required timeline.
Build and preserve relationships with customers through ongoing follow-up to understand their needs and meet them with targeted solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted consultant for Clinical IT solutions, sharing ideas on possible improvements and developments for Clinical IT products.
Maintain an expert-level understanding of the clinical IT product portfolio.
Qualifications
Degree in Biomedical engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g., Lab Middleware, LIS, etc.)
Strong customer communication and listening skills
Fluency in Italian & English
Ability to work flexible hours as required by business needs; available to travel 50%–70% of the time
