In this role you will manage all commercial and technical aspects of the interface between Oerlikon Metco and the assigned customers, to achieve the established sales budget and develop their potential. Your Responsibilities - Define and manage the sales budget and forecast per account and actively contribute to the achievement of the key country budget. - Identify and establish relationships with all the relevant decision makers per account, define the account business profile and key buying factors, develop, document and implement sales plans per account, in conjunction with sales manager and, where requested, with segment and product managers. - Identify prospects and contact them with the target to acquire and develop them. - Support customers and provide an interface to Oerlikon Metco (including quality claims and cash collection/account receivables management). - Manage customer data by utilizing the company CRM system. - Permanently provide feedback from customers and market to appropriate departments within Oerlikon Metco, including competitive information and market pricing, ensuring the understanding of market trends. - Attend trade shows, events and industry seminars, as necessary and in agreement with the direct managers. Your Profile - Materials or mechanical bachelor’s degree. - At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales department in a similar environment. - Knowledge of the thermal spray coating and laser cladding solutions/industries is a plus. - Professional English knowledge. - Driving license and willingness to travel.
