WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
* Collaborate with account manager to align sales strategies with company objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners, address customers concerns and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
* Monitor product stocks in assigned area and coordinate with account manager to allocate resources.
* Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
* Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* At least 3-year experience with proven record of achieving sales targets.(1+ years of stores or people management experience)
* Bachelor’s degree or above in economics, business administration or related fields.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive informed decision-making.
* Goal orientation, proactivity and consistency in action.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of MS Office;
* Fluent in English and Italian;(Fluent Chinese preferred)
Daily Work:
* Goal Splitting
* Combined with the goals issued by the platform, communication of the points of difference and feedback on adjustments;
* Goal follow-up: daily dimensions of the organisation of regional meetings, to help the team REVIEW the situation reached;
* Training Management
* Combined with the platform training to develop the training planning, to promote the training to the ground.
* After the training coverage is completed, spot check whether it meets the standard.
* Display Management
* Combine with the platform to develop the material coverage planning, promote the material coverage landing and feedback evidence
* Team Member Management
