About the Role:
Own the full product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the product meets market demands and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
* Manage the entire product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and post-release support.
* Write clear PRDs, maintain a prioritized backlog, and coordinate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.
* Conduct client interviews and gather feedback to improve the product.
* Analyze product metrics (adoption, NPS, churn) and iterate accordingly.
* Support sales and account teams with product expertise and onboarding.
* Present product updates and demos to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
* 2+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
* Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
* Excellent written and verbal English.
* Proven track record delivering high-quality features with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
* Data-driven decision-making skills.
Preferred:
* Experience with trading platforms, payment systems, or brokerage operations (FX/Crypto).
* Knowledge of KYC/AML processes and client onboarding flows.
* Experience scaling a product from MVP to enterprise-level.
* Familiarity with API integrations.
* Russian proficiency is a plus.
