Reporting to the Senior Vice President Commercial, the Director will be responsible for working with active sponsorship property accounts and internal external stakeholders. Refer a friend through our bEmployee Referral Scheme /b and get rewarded for helping us build an amazing team /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement strategies to identify and pursue qualified sales opportunities aligned with our partnership objectives /li liEvaluate potential clients using thoughtful criteria to ensure proper fit and maximize conversion potential /li liRelationship Building – Create meaningful connections with potential clients that set the stage for long-term partnerships /li liUtilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage prospect data, and automate follow-up tasks /li liWork closely with the SVP of Global Partnerships to align strategic initiatives and drive business growth /li liPartner with our strategy team to leverage data-driven insights about prospects, identify market trends, and refine targeting approaches for maximum impact /li liManage own creative sales presentations, alongside sales leads /li liAssist wider LGP team in relation to global project needs regarding sales delivery /li liAssist in the development of sales related documents, working in collaboration with various internal and external members of the team to stay ahead of industry trends (i.e. Keynote presentations, detailed proposals, fact sheets, etc.) /li /ul h3We are looking for someone with /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field /li liWork experience within the sports entertainment industry /li liHighly self-motivated, initiative-taking mindset that enables the ability to work independently /li liHighly organized, with a laser-like focus on the details to proactively manage multiple clients/projects/priorities at once /li liProven sales experience with demonstrated success in consultative selling approaches /li liPrevious experience in business development or customer-facing roles within sports, entertainment, or related industries /li liStrong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple prospects efficiently /li liCreative problem-solving capabilities to address client challenges and identify unique solutions /li liStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to communicate effectively with internal sales and management teams in Italian and English /li liStrong skills in Adobe and the Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint /li liWillingness to travel /li /ul h3Recruitment Process Outlined /h3 ul li1st Stage – Intro Call with Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe /li li2nd Stage – Interview and Presentation with SVP Of Partnerships /li /ul pAny offer of employment will be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks.
