Strong training skills and team line up, degree in management. /li liAdvanced analiticity to maximize store´s profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process orientated. Efficiency decision-making skills. Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly. Time management. /li liTeam leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience. /li liFluency in English.
