When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer. /p h3General Description /h3 pThe Manager Commercial Event Planning and Business Operations reporting to the Business Operation Director Italy, will be responsible for congresses and events planning and execution in addition to other strategic and administrational tasks within the Unit. This Function will work closely with business Functions and with Regulatory, Legal and Compliance for tasks related to those events subjects to regulatory authority approval. /p h3Essential Functions Of The Job /h3 ul liCollaborate with relevant Functions within the affiliate to get an in-depth understanding of their business needs and execute strategy into successful events. /li liManage relationships, contacts and price negotiations with vendors, providers, scientific organizations and support related contract negotiations. /li liManage events and congresses budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. /li liCoordinate all stakeholders internally and externally to ensure delivery of all congress activity on time, on budget and in accordance with legal, regulatory and compliance requirements. /li liCooperate closely with Commercial and Medical Teams regarding the execution of national congresses (e.g. booth building, satellite Symposia; meeting rooms onsite). /li liSelection and management of congresses and events agencies to effectively address BeOne needs. /li liEnsure onsite management, logistics and oversight for congresses and events in collaboration with medical, sales, marketing and access teams. /li liManage the congresses and events internal approval tool and any kind of modifications if needed. /li liMaintain oversight of core congresses and events documentation. /li liForge strong team-oriented working relationships with Global and EU congresses department. /li liManage, with support of external Agencies if appropriate, all logistical aspects of national and international events (hotel, travel, restaurants.) as well as necessary authorizations for delegates. /li liWork closely with marketing department for the organization of standalone events. /li liOrganize/support the organization of logistics for internal events such as Cycle meetings. /li liSupport administrative and financial/budgeting tasks related to congresses and events. /li liSupport Regulatory and Compliance (or the external consultants if applicable) in managing events submission to AIFA on time and according to applicable Law. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of pharmaceutical industry or related experience in managing pharmaceutical congresses. /li liVery good knowledge of policies, structures and processes related to congress and events organization. /li liKnowledge of tools and regulations regarding meetings/travel. /li liProject management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. /li liDemonstrated attitude to work in cross-function in teams across geographies (EU-US). /li liProven ability to successfully engage with internal/external key stakeholders, creating alignment horizontally and vertically. /li liExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. /li liAttention to cultural diversity and inclusivity. /li liEntrepreneurial and innovative spirit. /li liProactivity. /li liFluent in English; other languages advantageous. /li /ul h3Supervisory Responsibilities /h3 ul liNo /li /ul h3Working Modality /h3 ul liHybrid (working 2-3 times per week from our office in Milan) /li /ul pSalary Range Italy: 57,100.00 EUR - 71,400.00 EUR /p h3Global Competencies /h3 ul liFosters Teamwork /li liProvides and Solicits Honest and Actionable Feedback /li liSelf-Awareness /li liActs Inclusively /li liDemonstrates Initiative /li liEntrepreneurial Mindset /li liContinuous Learning /li liEmbraces Change /li liResults-Oriented /li liAnalytical Thinking/Data Analysis /li liFinancial Excellence /li liCommunicates with Clarity /li /ul pWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
