As Global Downstream Product Manager for Advanced Wound Dressings, you will lead the downstream marketing strategy to maximize portfolio impact across markets. You’ll translate upstream strategy into actionable commercialization plans and own lifecycle management from launch to optimization. Collaborating with Market Access, Health Economics, and Medical Affairs, you’ll ensure value propositions meet payer and access realities. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a high‑impact, global matrix.

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of global or regional downstream marketing experience (medical devices or healthcare preferred)
- Proven experience in global commercialization, portfolio management, and cross‑functional leadership
- Experience owning marketing budgets and investment decisions
- Ability to work in a high‑demand, resource‑constrained environment with autonomy and ownership
- Experience across multiple regions and healthcare systems; exposure to market access or reimbursement environments
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel up to 25–30%
