About the Company: for a leading technology consulting firm specializing in ERP, CRM and cloud-based business applications, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a Senior Specialist Business Applications.
This role is responsible for leading complex ERP implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong client engagementand measurable business outcomes.The ideal candidate is a structured, hands‑on professional with proven ERP/CRM delivery experience who thrives in dynamic environments and excels in stakeholder management.
Core responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end ERP/Business Application projects
* Drive functional workshops, configuration decisionsand testing/migration readiness
* Coordinate functional streams and ensure solution quality and user adoption
* Manage stakeholders, communicate complex concepts to executives and handle escalations
* Define and enforce delivery standards, quality gatesand best practices
Must have:
* Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
* 5+years of experience in ERP/CRM delivery within consulting firms or system integrators
* Proven experience as (Deputy) Project Manager or Workstream Lead
* Solid understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle mechanics
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
* Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organizational discipline (planning, RAID management, governance cadence, documentation)
* Fluent German (C2/native level) and English (C1+)
* Residence or valid work permit in Germany
* Experience in matrixed or multinational environments
Nice to have:
* Experience in Professional Services environments (law firms, fiduciaries, time & billing, case management)
* familiarity with Power Platform / Dataverse
* Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM)
* Microsoft Dynamics certifications
* Experience with SaaS/cloud-based ERP systems
* Business-level Italian (B2+)
Work Mode: Hybrid/Remote (Germany-based).
