Intro
To accelerate our global expansion and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours/week, available to start immediately or as soon as possible, for the North Italy (Milan) area. This role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy .
Please note: this is a contract employment .
Your Job
* Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
* Onboard new partners and foster successful relationships.
* Organize and oversee online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
* Develop partner business plans and monitor the growth of sales partners and distribution channels.
* Participate in fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions.
* Create forecasts and define measures to achieve targets in Italy.
* Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales and Marketing; externally, represent the company as a primary contact.
* Update our CRM weekly with relevant customer and deal information.
Your Profile
* Solid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or comparable qualifications, ideally in IT security or cloud services.
* At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
* Experience in managing sales partners and distributors in Italy, with a track record of strategic and economic partner development.
* Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with partners and customers.
* Willingness to travel and ability to persuade customers and partners during presentations and negotiations.
* Engaging personality, motivated by success, and passionate about achieving quarterly goals.
* Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* Fluent in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
