BRAND MANAGER – International Brands
🍻What will you do?
We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Brand Manager for International brands
The Brand Manager for International Brands owns the end-to-end brands journey. You will define local strategy, lead 360° campaigns, drive consumer engagement, and effectively collaborate with global team to roll out global positioning in local market. You report to the Head of International & Local Premium Brands within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
✔️ What will your tasks be?
* Develop and effectively execute local declination of long-term global brand strategy and positioning framework that delivers sustainable share growth.
* Lead the 360° local marketing plan: ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, events, PR, and sponsorships.
* Collaborate with global brand team to tailor global assets according to local needs.
* Monitor brand performance through KPIs (market share, brand health, ROI, engagement metrics) and recommend corrective actions.
* Partner with Trade Marketing to craft shopper programs and in-store experiences for On-Trade and Off-Trade.
* Manage the brand P&L: budget allocation, forecasting, and tracking to meet financial targets.
* Steer agency partners (creative, media, digital) and manage contracts to ensure on-brief, on-time, on-budget delivery.
👀 Who are we looking for
* Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications. Master in Business Administration & Marketing is preferred;
* At least 4-year experience in Marketing roles, with 3 years of FMCG marketing experience, preferably in beverage with focus Horeca
* Excellent project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple strategic initiatives
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to guide decisions
* Proficiency in Italian and English.
* Ability to create from scratch complex commercial initiatives, driving multifunctional team to winning planning and execution
