Ristorante Cavallino – Maranello, Pastry Chef de Partie
The Cavallino Maranello (MO) team is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our brigade.
Responsibilities
* The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing and preparing dishes within their assigned section of the kitchen.
* Works as part of a team alongside other Chefs de Partie and the Head Chef, contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
* Ensures correct execution of recipes and maintains high standards of quality and consistency.
* Oversees mise en place for their section (preparing ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and basic preparations).
* Maintains cleanliness and organization of their workstation and contributes to overall kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
* At least one year of previous experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably within a fine dining or high-end environment.
* Excellent knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
* Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with the team.
* Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
* International experience will be considered a plus.
