looking for a
Channel Sales Junior Specialist
focused on the
indirect sales channel
(partners and distributors) to drive business growth through joint commercial and marketing initiatives. This role will manage planning activities, sales reporting, and ensure compliance with partner program requirements. Key Responsibilities Organize and execute
Joint Business Planning (JBP)
and
Joint Marketing Planning (JMP)
activities with partners. Participate in
quarterly business reviews
and
weekly performance reviews
with the dedicated team. Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives for the indirect channel. Identify and onboard new strategic partners within the assigned region. Prepare and manage
monthly Point of Sales (POS)
and inventory reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program guidelines. Monitor partner performance and KPIs, ensuring adherence to program rules and agevolazioni eligibility.
Requirements Degree in Economics, Business Management, or related fields. Previous experience in
IT environments
or with
technology vendors
is preferred. Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner programs. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Soft Skills
: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
