Synergy between Buying Team and Production Department is essential to ensure timely delivery of orders.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Gathering and evaluating data on potential suppliers;
* Planning production schedules and communicating with clients and internal departments;
* Processing client orders and managing back office tasks such as issuing invoices;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Business Administration or a related field;
* Excellent organizational and communication skills;
* Ability to negotiate and problem solve; and
* Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office applications;
This opportunity includes:
* An initial contract that may lead to permanent employment;
* A collective labor agreement (CCNL) for the wood and furniture industry;
* A flexible schedule from 8am to 12pm/1pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday;
* A workplace located in Castelgomberto (VI);
