Job Overview
Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting an F&B Support Expert/Commis de rang. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role covers F&B service tasks in any of our four outlets. This is a full‑time position, five days a week with two days off, starting in June.
Responsibilities
* Serve food and beverage items to guests.
* Ensure customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, checking the dining experience meets expectations.
* Support the team to set up and prepare outlets for each service period.
* Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
* Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re‑stock tableware and supplies.
* Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver prior to use.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
* Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
* Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
Qualifications
* Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
* A warm, people‑oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude.
* At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
* A safety‑first approach.
* Positive outlook and dependability.
* Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
