Concentrix Italy is recruiting an Expert Sales Manager with Experience in BPO Market The #Gamechanger Sales Manager - Italy is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in CX and Tech. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and the execution of innovative sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Client Relationship Management:
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge. Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and report performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies.
Proven track record in sales management within BPO or Tech area. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in analyzing data and trends to inform decision-making. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced English speaking and writing level (minimum B2+)
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with experience as a Sales Consultant in the Technology sector. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Full-time position Hybrid work environment with travel required to meet clients across Italy.
