Responsibilities
Ensure impeccable mise en place, consistency in drink preparation, and respect company standards and procedures.
Prepare and serve high‑quality cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and flair. Stay updated on spirits, techniques, and industry trends.
Anticipate guest needs, offer tailored recommendations, and guarantee a warm, attentive atmosphere.
Build genuine rapport with guests, handling enquiries and special requests with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion.
Work closely with the Bar Manager, service staff, and colleagues across the F&B; department. Support junior team members and foster a culture of shared learning.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Italian.
Previous experience in a luxury bar or high‑end hospitality environment.
Strong cocktail and mixology skills, with genuine passion for the craft.
Motivation to grow professionally within a luxury setting.
