Make a virtual tour inside Nestlé in Italy Position Snapshot - Nestlé in Italy, Milan headquarter - Permanent contract - Business Bachelor or equivalent - Minimum of 2 year experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, Market Intelligence or Digital. - Food passion and food trends sensibility - Fluent in Italian & English Position Summary Help and support the development of Dough business, bringing passion and entrepreneurial approach aimed at achieving the objectives (Organic Growth, Market Share and Profitability). A day in the life of - Develops a deep understanding of Dough market: Monitor and analyze sell out and consumer data to identify key opportunities and issues for Buitoni Chilled Dough. - Supports and assists the Senior Brand Manager in building ad hoc activities to recruit consumers and engage consumers through relevant brand experiences; - Contributes to create the Integrated Communication Plan. - Supports Senior Brand Manager to develop the brand communication strategy (ATL and BTL activities) and supports the coordination with SBU/ International team - Works in partnership with communication and graphic agencies to ensure all pieces of brand communication; - Supports and assists the Senior Brand Manager in the leadership of I&R projects, from idea generation to product launch and post launch evaluation, involving all the relevant stakeholders and business functions; - Contributes to manage the P&L in order to improve profitable growth of the category What will make you successful - Digital competencies; - Strong mental agility and entrepreneurship; - Strong analytical skills & Project management skills to support I&R projects; - Proven attitude to teamwork; Benefits We are Nestlé.
