Creative & Content Marketing Assistant – EMEA
Contract: 12 months contractor
Location: Milan (on-site required)
Reporting line: Direct report to Senior Creative Marketing Manager EMEA
Role Summary
We are looking for a Creative & Content Marketing Assistant to support the Senior Creative Marketing Manager EMEA in the daily execution of content creation, creative production and marketing activities across the EMEA region.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, with a strong emphasis on:
• Content creation
• Graphic adaptation
• Campaign execution
• Digital, social and retail creative assets
The role is based in Milan, requires daily interaction with international teams, and therefore fluent English is mandatory.
The position is intended as a 12-month contractor, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Reporting Structure
• The role reports directly to the Senior Creative Marketing Manager EMEA

Core Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Creative Execution (Primary Focus)
The core of the role is content creation support across digital, social and retail channels.
Support the creation and execution of visual content assets for:
• Social media (static & light motion content)
• Digital campaigns
• E-commerce content
• Retail & in-store communication
• Hands-on use of:
• Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
• Adobe XD (mandatory)
• Adobe Illustrator (nice to have)
• Execution activities include:
• Resizing and adapting assets across formats and platforms
• Layout creation and content formatting
• Light photo retouching
• File preparation for print and digital
• Exporting assets according to brand guidelines
• Support the creation of:
• Social content layouts
• Brand presentation visuals
• Campaign recap decks
• Internal content previews
2. Content Production & Campaign Support
Support the organization of content for:
• Product launches
• Campaigns
• Community activations
• Brand events
• Assist in:
• Creative briefs
• Shot lists
• Content planning documents
• Support post-production phases:
• Content selection
• File cleanup and organization
• Content recap presentations
• Coordinate with:
• Photographers
• Videographers
• Agencies during production phases
3. Operational, Sample & Project Support
Daily operational support to the Senior Creative Marketing Manager EMEA
• Deck updates
• File organization
• Timeline tracking
• Deliverable follow-ups
Coordination between:
• Internal teams
• External creatives
On-site support during:
• Shoots
• Events
• Retail activations (if required)
Hands-on operational work related to physical assets and samples, including:
• Sorting and organizing product samples
• Supporting sample tracking and basic logistics
• Preparing products for shoots, events and presentations
Candidate Profile – Mandatory Requirements
Technical Skills
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Pack
• Good working knowledge of Adobe XD
• Good knowledge of:
• Layout
• Typography
• Visual composition
• Experience in:
• Preparing assets for social, digital and retail channels
• Content and graphic execution in brand xjrgpwk or agency environments
Content Sensitivity (Mandatory)
• Visual sensitivity and understanding of:
• Brand aesthetics
• Social content dynamics
• Digital-first formats
• Ability to adapt content for:
• Different platforms
• Different audiences
• Different creative needs (retail vs digital vs social)
Language Skills
• Italian: native or fluent
• English: fluent (written and spoken) – mandatory

• 1–3 years of experience in:
• Creative teams

• Experience in:

• Retail or product storytelling is a strong plus
