We’re looking for a Digital Product Marketing Specialist to lead the optimization of our e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and lead generation channels across national and international markets. If you're ready to make a tangible impact on sales and customer acquisition, this could be the right role for you. /pp Key Responsibilities /pulliDevelop and execute product marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales and inbound lead generation. /liliManage and continuously improve digital assets: e-commerce, CRM systems, landing pages, and lead platforms. /liliIncrease the contribution of digital channels to become the main source of qualified leads and direct sales. /liliWork closely with Sales to align on lead generation goals and ensure lead quality and conversion. /liliUse data and performance analytics to monitor results and optimize digital initiatives. /liliLaunch and adapt digital product campaigns across Italy and international markets. /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams to ensure full channel integration. /liliStay updated on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new promotional opportunities. /li /ulp Requirements /pulli3–5 years of experience in product marketing, digital sales, or related areas. /liliStrong sales-driven mindset, used to working with KPIs and lead generation goals. /liliIn-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead gen tools. /liliExperience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and campaign reporting. /liliData-driven mindset and strong result orientation. /liliExperience working in both national and international markets. /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken. /liliProactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in cross-functional team environments. /li /ulp What we offer: /pulliA dynamic and fast-paced work environment. /liliDirect ownership of digital performance and sales results. /liliReal opportunities for career development across markets. /liliA digital-first culture that values innovation, autonomy, and impact. /li /ulpAre you the right person for this role?
