A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment.**What you will do**The purpose of the position is to develop the Kitchen business in GDO channel: the key account will be in charge of managing strategic trade partner, maximizing all commercial opportunities both for built in & free-standing products.The person will be responsible of:* Managing accounts for the company and building relationships with key partners;* Ensuring internal company functions gives the highest level of customer service to local accounts;* Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively;* Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts:* Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by local accounts;* Taking a proactive approach to account management;* Arranging meetings with all relevant decision-makers within the customer;* Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.**What you need to succeed***Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field degree*Professional Experience*: 3 years of experience in Built-In Domestic Appliances*Must have*:* Clients’ management skills* Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this* People management experience and emotional maturity: coaching, development, and motivation* Familiarity with Built-In Consumer Goods markets* Established relationships with largest customers and retailers* Highly developed organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously*Languages*: Fluent in English and Italian*Others*: Availability to travel in Italy#LI-GG1Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
