We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Area Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the Italian market. This role is pivotal in driving channel development, managing key accounts, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, evaluate, and manage distributor/agent networks to optimize channel performance and coverage.
* Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, focusing on project-based and volume sales.
* Create and execute annual sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with marketing, after-sales, and HQ teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand presence.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales or channel management, preferably within the construction machinery or heavy equipment industry.
* Deep understanding of distributor/agent business models and strong skills in commercial negotiation and relationship management.
* Results-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
* Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in business and internal collaboration contexts.
