Your goal is to make Mama Shelter Lake Como the must‑visit destination for companies and groups by achieving revenue targets while preserving our unique DNA.Responsibilities
You unearth, develop, and pamper our MICE client portfolio, from agencies to large corporations, while crafting quarterly attack plans to seduce the market.As an ambassador, you proudly fly Mama’s colors at trade shows and sign the best deals with a smile and unwavering determination.You work hand‑in‑hand with the events team to transform every request into success, ensuring fluid communication with all departments.You analyze the competition and collaborate with the GSO to sniff out new global opportunities, always staying one step ahead.You organize unforgettable site visits, client events that leave a lasting impression, and welcome our VIPs like kings and queens.
Qualifications
