Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Sales Analyst to join our team and support commercial decision‑making through data‑driven insights. This role plays a key part in enabling the sales organization to perform at its best by providing tools, performance tracking, and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support sales performance tracking.
* Analyze sell‑in and sell‑out data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Manage and enrich customer databases to improve segmentation, targeting and opportunities mapping.
* Provide analytical support to the Sales team, enabling more effective planning and execution.
* Support sales team to create insights and actions for customer meeting.
* Being the point of contact for KAM & NAM for all data points.
* Collaborate with the LAR team to support the development of strategic sales plans and forecast.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
* Being responsible for the data system changes with our external provider.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
* Experience with sales data, performance metrics, and customer analytics.
* Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate insights clearly.
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
