To achieve this goal, in a mature market like the Italian one, the _strategy we aim for is the following_: - Planned marketing actions and activities to boost our indirect channel in promoting all products of Industrial Air portfolio - Increase industrial gas generators sales through effective promotion and marketing actions. - Reinforce the indirect channel network through new collaborations with new dealers in line with our strategy, in order to increase our presence in the market. - Consolidate our leadership market position through the opening of new sales channels for industrial gases & air treatments products You will be able to define the commercial channels (OEMs, Installers, Indirect, Direct) for effective promotion of assigned products and to scout new potential dealers or OEM in different areas of the territory! You will need to work in strong collaboration with other departments like Operations, Marketing, Sales, Communication etc _We do believe in a team spirit!_ With this role you will get in touch with a lot of customer, and monitoring them with our CRM it is a must What we expect from you? - Master degree in economics or engineering - Knowledge of the market, competitors and target - Experience of at least 4/5 years in the same sector within sales positions.
