We are looking for the new **Business Development Manager Industrial Gases & Air Treatment**
The main target of Atlas Copco's Industrial Air Business Line is the **market share increase in Italy**, and the customer share growth in our **customers and distributors**.
To achieve this goal, in a **mature market like the Italian one**, the _strategy we aim for is the following_:
- Planned **marketing actions** and activities to boost our indirect channel in promoting all products of Industrial Air portfolio
- Increase industrial gas generators sales through effective **promotion** and marketing actions.
- ** Reinforce the indirect channel network** through new collaborations with new dealers in line with our strategy, in order to increase our presence in the market.
- Consolidate our leadership market position through the opening of **new sales channels for industrial gases & air treatments products**
You will be able to define the **commercial channels** (OEMs, Installers, Indirect, Direct) for effective promotion of assigned products and to scout new potential dealers or OEM in different areas of the territory!
You will need to work in strong **collaboration **with other departments like Operations, Marketing, Sales, Communication etc.. _We do believe in a team spirit!_
With this role you will get in touch with a lot of customer, and monitoring them with **our CRM it is a must!**
**What we expect from you?**
- Master degree in economics or engineering
- Knowledge of the market, competitors and target
- Experience of at least 4/5 years in the same sector within sales positions.
**Please also consider that...**
- You will cover all the italian territory, so you will need to travel with an high frequency (>70% of the time) _
