WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Business development in the sales region of Lombardia in Italy for the automation market in the machine builders segment. Solutions for Motion, Digital Trasformation and Industrial Sensing by technologies like PLC, HMI and IIoT, Servodrives and brushless motors, photoelectric sensors.
2. Handling existing customer base and developing strong relationships and business perspectives
3. Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities and new markets
4. Contribution to target and strategy definition of the sales department
5. Reporting and presenting forecasts and results to the management
6. Attending meetings and workshops at local and international level
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
7. Technical degree in electronics, electromechanics or related field of studies
8. At least 3-5 years of experience in BtoB “Technological” sales position
9. Knowledge and understanding of the mentioned markets and applications
10. Technical mindset with commercial understanding and customer orientation
11. Team spirit, goal orientation and problem-solving ability
12. Fluent in Italian, at least English readers
13. Willingness to travel
14. Residence in Lombardia region in Italy
