This position offers a hands‑on, data‑driven environment with impact on strategic commercial decisions.Retribuzione / BenefitsData management: assist in masterdata cleaning and improving data collection, storage, and analysis systemsReporting and analysis: support daily/weekly reports and conduct basic data analysis to identify trendsSell‑out analysis: consolidate and analyze monthly sell‑out data from Key Partners and extract key takeawaysCollaboration: gather data requirements across departments to ensure data accuracyCommunication: create reports, dashboards, and presentations; communicate targets/results to Key Account Managers as neededSales planning: align with commercial and supply functions to define channel‑specific sales planning and KPI‑based ratesSupport: assist with weekly/monthly forecasts, organize sales meetings, and maintain databasesScope of work: contribute to development of the GKA channel and support Commercial & Operations requirementsResponsabilitàAt least two years of experience in a similar roleBachelor's xjrgpwk degree required; data analytics/statistics courses preferableAnalytical thinking, solution orientation and implementation strengthKnowledge of data science analysis applications (e.g., R, Python), with BEx Analyzer as a plusExperience in data modelling and data visualizationSAP knowledge is a plusFluent in spoken and written EnglishProject management and agile framework familiarityEffective communication skillsProactive attitude, pragmatic approach
