We believe in slow luxury, honest hospitality, and food that tells a story — not of trends, but of land, memory, and emotion. \r\n\r\n We are now looking for a Sous Chef who wants to create, lead, and grow with us for the upcoming Season 2026 starting 23rd of March until 1st of December 2026 (seasonal contract). \r\n\r\n Your Role As Sous Chef, you are not simply second-in-command. \r\n You are a creative partner in shaping the culinary voice of Vocabolo Moscatelli. \r\n Together with our Head Chef and ownership, you will: \r\n\r\n Lead and inspire a small, ambitious kitchen team \r\n Maintain the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and organization \r\n This is a role for someone who understands that luxury lies in detail — and that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. \r\n\r\n You have experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a quality-driven kitchen \r\n You are curious, creative, and eager to grow \r\n You speak Italian and ideally English \r\n\r\n The opportunity to shape the culinary direction of a Michelin-Key awarded boutique hotel \r\n Creative freedom within a strong and authentic concept \r\n Staff accommodation if required
