Most interactions happen via phone or Zoom, with the flexibility to meet in person when it adds value. /ppWorking within a social-selling model, you will: /pulliStrengthen product and business know-how so partners can strongconfidently close sales /strong /liliTrain and coach on strongsales techniques, upselling, and customer retention /strong /liliGuide partners in strongteam building and recruitment /strong to grow their sales networks /li /ulpYou’ll work with personal dashboards and market data to: /pulliSet strongclear, ambitious sales targets /strong /liliMonitor performance and pipeline /liliIntervene quickly when numbers drop, and strongdouble down on what works /strong /li /ulpbr/ppYour empathy, creativity, humor, and persuasive energy will help partners strongincrease their turnover, expand their customer base, and step up as leaders. /strong /ppYou’ll collaborate closely with strongSales and Marketing /strong to plan and host engaging, sales-generating events in Italy—live shows, conferences, product launches, campaigns, and incentive trips. Being on stage or in front of a camera strongmotivates you, not scares you. /strong /ppAs the brand invests in a younger audience, you will strongchallenge and guide partners /strong to use social platforms more strategically—turning content into strongvisibility, leads, and conversions. /strong /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pullistrongCoach and develop brand partners /strong to grow their sales, their teams, and their income /lilistrongAnalyze sales performance /strong (KPIs, trends, activity) and run goal-setting, follow-up, and evaluation sessions /lilistrongReport results and insights /strong regularly, highlighting risks and opportunities for growth /lilistrongPlan, organize, and present at events /strong (on stage, not just in the audience) with a focus on boosting sales and engagement /lilistrongDeliver trainings /strong on: /liliSocial media for stronglead generation and conversion /strong /liliSales techniques, closing, upselling, and customer care /liliTeam leadership and recruitment /lilistrongCoordinate campaigns and communication /strong with Sales Marketing to support launches, promotions, and incentives /lilistrongShare and promote success stories /strong across markets to inspire replication and scale best practices /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulli1+ year of relevant experience in strongfield sales, community management, social selling, or similar commercial roles /strong /liliStrong grasp of social media; ideally active on TikTok/Instagram with ~1,000+ followers (your strongpersonal brand and style /strong are visible on your channel) /liliBachelor-level thinking and working ability /liliThrives in a strongtarget-driven, fast-moving environment /strong where no two days are the same /liliFull-time availability (40 hours), with some schedule flexibility to match partner activity and events /liliFluent Italian and English (spoken and written) /liliExcellent written and verbal communication; able to strongmotivate, convince, and influence /strong /liliHigh adaptability to different personalities and situations /liliComfortable working both independently and collaboratively with Sales Marketing /lilistrongAnalytical and commercial mindset /strong: you read numbers, understand what they mean, and translate them into concrete sales actions /li /ulpbr/ppstrongAbout the Company (Confidential) /strong /ppA leading, community-driven beauty wellness player operating via social selling, with a broad portfolio of high-quality products used by millions worldwide.
