Come have a seat at our table. /ppbMeaningful Work From Day One /b /ppThis position plays a pivotal role in the evolution and expansion of B-F’s business in Switzerland, Austria, and Malta. /ppThe Business Development Manager (BDM) leads, manages, and supports the development and implementation of the commercial strategy, contributing to the priority setting process in cooperation with local distributors and the B-F team. The incumbent is responsible for driving the growth of the B-F portfolio according to short-term and long-term objectives by developing and executing annual market, portfolio, and channel plans to achieve key performance indicators. /ppThe BDM must ensure full alignment with distributor partners across relevant sales channels, including off-trade, on-trade, and e-commerce.
