About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can drive sales growth and develop strong business relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex deals, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell the full range of IQVIA products and services within assigned accounts to achieve assigned revenue goals
* Develop and maintain a deep and wide knowledge of the assigned accounts and be able to understand their priorities and needs, turning them into business opportunities
* Develop and execute account plans within assigned accounts
* Anticipate clients' needs and develop proposed solutions to client's complex business issues
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
* At least 6 years' commercial experience in B2B sales with responsibility for managing complex deals with clients
* Clear and demonstrable experience of winning new business from new and existing accounts and achieving revenue & customer satisfaction targets
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
* Proven expertise in account planning and accurate sales forecasting
* An understanding of Social Media and how to use it to help develop business
Language Skills
Fluency in both English and Italian (spoken and written)

* An ability to build strong business relationships
* Strong commitment to achieve or exceed assigned goals
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
