The roleHelp shape and scale the brand strategy for our tecnology platform in obesity/metabolic health. Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer, we're looking for a Brand Manager with healthcare marketing experience and a strong consumer/patient orientation. Obesity is a category where patient conversation matters—this role blends evidence-based messaging with modern brand building.
What you'll doSupport brand strategy, positioning, and messaging (HCPs + patient), partnering tightly with Medical, Regulatory and DigitalBuild and execute omnichannel marketing plans and campaigns (assets, calendar, briefs, approvals)Translate patient insights into education, support programs, community initiatives and contentManage agencies and vendors (creative, media, PR) and ensure high-quality outputDrive performance and optimization using data (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention)Create clear reporting, learnings, and recommendations for the team
What you bring2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing (pharma, medical device, consumer health); consumer exposure strongly preferredStrong project management and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating within compliance constraints (claims, approvals, evidence)Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex topics without stigmaItalian and English proficiency for international collaboration
Nice to haveExperience in obesity/cardiometabolic categories or consumer brandsDTC/omnichannel funnel experience, market research exposure, strong analytics mindset
