You will also lead business development projects and strategic planning. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliDefine and implement business (including sustainability) strategies, including long-term and annual plans, proactively challenging the status quo and exploring alternative scenarios. /liliIdentify new business opportunities through market research and analysis. /liliIdentify inorganic growth opportunities and support active management of the business portfolio, leading potential inorganic projects. /liliDevelop partnerships and collaborations to enhance the HVAC technology market position. /liliPropose and lead strategic development projects for the Business Line and Division. /liliEnsure understanding of competitive and market landscapes among relevant stakeholders. /liliCommunicate the strategy effectively and oversee its systematic execution. /liliAnalyze financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. /liliSupport cross-functional collaboration with business and corporate colleagues. /liliMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. /li /ulpbCandidate Profile /b /pulliDegree in a relevant field is preferred. /liliExperience in the HVAC industry. /liliProven ability to advise and lead stakeholders across OEMs and end users. /liliExperience in business management or consulting. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic recommendation skills. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and negotiation. /liliLeadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams toward common goals. /li /ulpbAdditional Information /b /ppOur client offers an international, dynamic work environment delivering advanced technology in large projects worldwide within a customer-oriented, highly globalized industry. /ppuNote : /u Not all job details are advertised due to client confidentiality.
