Montelvini is seeking a dynamic and strategic EXPORT AREA MANAGER.
Regions of Responsibility: Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, the Americas (excluding the USA).
Montelvini, a historic winery located in the heart of the Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG region, continues its path of international growth. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a passionate professional with strategic vision and a strong results-oriented mindset.
* Research and activate new commercial partners in specific markets;
* Manage and develop the customer portfolio in the assigned markets;
* Identify new business opportunities and positioning strategies with dedicated marketing plans;
* Monitor sales performance and ensure timely reporting;
* Participate in international trade fairs, industry events, and media activities;
* Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional and communication plans.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured companies;
* In-depth knowledge of the wine sector and its commercial dynamics;
* Technical knowledge of wine products (WSET certification is a plus);
* Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus);
* Willingness to travel internationally frequently (at least 50%);
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills.
