Responsibilities Achieve sales targets for assigned distributors and perform related tasks to meet these goals. Develop, implement, and monitor Strategic & Tactical Business Plans, coordinating resources to achieve objectives and evaluating their success. Utilize and plan investments to maximize business performance and return on investment. Analyze distributor data to optimize ongoing performance and identify new business opportunities locally. Manage sales promotion activities at the local level. Forecast distributor business to maximize sales opportunities and ensure an efficient supply chain. What We Ask Required Skills: Knowledge of the office market and distribution channels. Proficiency in English and office software, especially Excel. Extensive experience in sales. Ability to analyze sales and market data. In-depth forecasting skills. Experience in account management. Strong relational skills with stakeholders from brand managers to CEOs.
