Akronos Technologies Group, Italian company leader in innovation and high-tech engineering services, is looking for the following profile to join our R&D teams .
Position: Calibration Engineer
Location: Turin, Italy
Field: Automotive
Main Tasks:
The selected candidate will be responsible to support and execute engine calibration, development and validation activities
* Prepare and verify engine instrumentation,
* Coordinate and support engine installation on test benches
* Define and execute tests based on established methodologies
* Analyze experimental results and prepare detailed reports
* Present findings in dedicated meetings.
Requirements:
* BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Electronic Engineering or similar
* Knowledge on internal combustion engine
* Experience with software tools like Office, Concerto, Uniplot and Inca
* Deep knowledge of Matlab and Simulink tools Strong understanding of diesel engines and combustion processes.
* Familiarity with calibration plans and aftertreatment systems
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
