Job Purpose The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions, driving profitable growth and increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to present Future’s value proposition, demonstrate the company’s full capabilities, and position us competitively in the market. What the role involves Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with regional and branch personnel to drive revenue and gross profit margin. Understand customer needs deeply and formulate regional and branch strategies for growth. Build relationships with customer senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value-added solutions and initiatives to enhance service capabilities. Collaborate with management to set and monitor sales and margin budgets globally. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have Commercial acumen, resilience, and a proven sales record in electronics distribution for at least five years. A degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical teams and design achievements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
