Working together with experienced colleagues, the successful candidate will take an active role in validating and communicating new product features to both internal and external stakeholders. Monitor user experience and facilitate their adoption. You will also work collaboratively to identify new requirements and assist in delivery of product improvements. The role will also involve direct interaction with customers – supporting product trials and implementation projects.Responsibilities:Refine feature roadmap to align with business priorities and solution roadmapCollaborate with Product Owners in defining and documenting new featuresWork with internal stakeholders to support deliver of new features and perform acceptance testingAid the service support teams and lead incident response and management.Actively engage with stakeholders and industry to communicate product capabilities and best practice.Provide insights into product usage to help identify features that could be improved or deprecated.Proactively engage with service support teams to identify areas where product supportability and implementation can be improved.Evaluate tender specifications and define the best solution working with the sales team to provide Customers with the most effective configuration of the productFollow the delivery of complex projects transitioning the offer into delivery providing support and instruction to the Global Service Department teamEssential:You have experience as a product manager, with a background software engineering.Experience of delivering products to customers in the Energy sector (e.g. Network Management, Flexibility, Asset Management)Experience working with modern cloud-based web applications and platformsYou are technically minded, with a passion for solving complex issues.You are customer focused and eager to learn about what would drive more value for our customers.You have good communication skills and are comfortable and confident when speaking to stakeholders.You are proactive and can work independently.Desirable:Experience working with agile methodologies in multi-team environment.Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.A deep interest in sustainability, green energy and achieving net zero.What you'll gain working in Camlin:At Camlin we believe in high quality engineering and design, we love creating value for our customers by solving difficult problems.
