From multimodal transports to perfect warehousing, from smooth customs clearance to innovative value-added services: We always keep our pulse on the times and are at our customers' side. /p pWe are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our branch in Campogalliano (MO), with experience in freight forwarding and customer relationship management. /p h3Main activities /h3 ul liPrepare accurate and timely quotations for customers. /li liConduct daily follow-ups on offers, record key feedback (e.g., volume, customer response), and share insights with the Head of Sales and sales team. /li liIdentify and qualify new customer opportunities (mainly via phone/online contact), present services, assess potential volumes, and transfer high-potential accounts to Outside Sales for further development. /li liMaintain and develop ongoing relationships with existing customer accounts of all sizes, ensuring loyalty, growth, and retention, while Outside Sales focuses primarily on acquiring new business. /li liAcquire new opportunities through phone calls, online meetings, webinars, and other commercial initiatives. /li liManage customer accounts with a commercial and customer-oriented approach: /li ul liHandle sales-related requests (quotations, agreements, specific commercial conditions) /li liForward shipment-related or operational requests (e.g., tracking, delays, complaints) to the Operations team /li liWhen special requirements arise (e.g., invoicing formats, billing processes), coordinate with Operations for implementation /li /ul liWork closely with Head of Sales, Branch Managers, and Product Teams to secure new business and support customer retention. /li liCommunicate with overseas offices during the pre-sales/commercial qualification phase; shipment execution remains under Operations responsibility. /li liAnalyze customer portfolio performance, identify risks, and monitor "Shipping Cuts" (lost customers) to implement corrective actions. /li liAfter acquisition, ensure a structured transfer of account information and documentation to Operations Team, who then handle shipment execution and customer follow-up. /li liRecord all activities in SUGAR CRM/ Dynamics (according to SOPs), ensuring data quality and consistency of offer templates across branches. /li liParticipate in all company-provided sales trainings. /li liBe able to prepare quotations across all four products (Air Import, Air Export, Sea Import, Sea Export), or coordinate with product experts when needed. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field /li liExperience in inside sales, customer service, or freight forwarding/logistics sales /li liKnowledge of Air Sea Import/Export processes and quotation preparation /li liStrong communication, customer relationship management, and lead qualification skills /li liProficiency with CRM systems (SUGAR CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and Microsoft Office /li liAbility to coordinate with operations, product teams, and overseas offices in a fast-paced environment /li liNative-level Italian and professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) /li /ul h3What You can expect /h3 ul liContinuous Training: Sharpen your skills and advance your expertise with our professional development programs. /li liGreat Team: It's truly the people that make the difference - and with us you'll join the best team around. /li liFlat Hierarchies: Get straight through to the decision-makers with our streamlined organizational structure. /li liRoom for Innovation: Turn your ideas into action in an environment that champions creativity and empowers you to lead change. /li liEvents: From team outings to holiday parties and networking events, we build strong connections by spending quality time together. /li liQuick Decision Processes: Make things happen faster with streamlined processes that promote efficiency and effectiveness. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
