Account Manager Italy — Platform Parts (Vertimac)

Platform Parts is a fast-growing family business specialised in spare parts for aerial work platforms. From our warehouse in Waregem, we ship hundreds of packages every week to customers across the globe. With over 450,000 references in our webshop, we're one of the most comprehensive suppliers in our sector, and we're still growing.

To support our expansion into the Italian market, we're looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team.

Your main responsibilities

As Account Manager Italy, you are the face of Platform Parts for our Italian customers.

About half your time will be spent in Italy, visiting existing accounts to strengthen relationships, and actively prospecting for new customers. The other half, you work from our Waregem office, maintaining daily contact with your customers.

You also handle the administration side that keeps things running smoothly, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with our purchasing department when needed.

* Excellent communication skills: Not only in sales conversations but also when liaising with the sales manager and colleagues.
* Customer-focused approach: You listen attentively to customers' needs and propose effective solutions.
