What will you do?
* Publisher Acquisition: Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals for MyChips Offerwall.
* Account Management: Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance market presence.
What will you need?
* At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within the offerwall rewarded industry.
* Fluency in English and Chinese.
* Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing and managing publisher partnerships.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
* Proficiency in creating and analyzing forecasts and developing successful campaign strategies.
* Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience with Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Creative thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
* A fast learner with a reliable, can-do attitude and a passion for continuous learning.
We offer a permanent contract. Salary will depend on actual experience and skills.
