Responsabilities
- Detailed operational budget definition
- Monitoring of executed quantities and worked hours
- Passive accounting control (subcontractors) and active accounting control (billing to the client)
- Constant updating of project status
- Comparative analysis between real costs and budget
- Production of economic and financial reports (Jet 3, cash flow, Earned Value analysis)
- Coordination with Planner and other key roles
- Verification of the application of cost accounting guidelines
- Cost optimization and identification of discrepancies
- Monthly issuance of the complete cost control report
Technical Requirements
- A degree in Engineering or Economics, or a technical diploma with experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control in the civil sector
- Preferably experience in industrial and construction projects
- Direct experience on site
- Data-driven mindset and respect for procedures
- Excellent communication and analysis skills
- Certifications in PMI/IPMA considered a plus
- Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables)
- Civil management software: CPM (Teamsystem) or equivalents
- Planning software: Primavera (Oracle) or MS Project
- AutoCAD: basic skills
- BIM/CPM suite: considered a plus
