Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the store’s overall performance, ensuring sales, service, and operational goals are met.
Inspire and develop a close‑knit team to provide a seamless and personalised client experience.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
Oversee all store operations including rostering, cash handling, stock control, and reporting.
Demonstrate flexibility around peak and off‑peak trading periods.
Liaise effectively with the Cluster Manager and wider leadership team, sharing insights and opportunities.
