Job Description The successful applicants for these positions will be responsible for overseeing and growing a team of Senior Fund Accountants and Fund Accountants, involved in NAV calculation, shareholder reporting, and compliance. The individual will maintain client relationships, coordinate regulatory reporting, oversee audit preparation, support marketing efforts for new business, and manage due diligence processes. Key Responsibilities Supervise and review tasks performed by staff, including Net Asset Valuations, broker reconciliations, subscriptions and redemptions, AML compliance, financial statements of funds, and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits. Train staff on processing complex financial instruments and all fund-related matters. Implement and refine SSAE 16 controls continually. Respond to client inquiries in accordance with Apex service standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory and fund-specific requirements. Key Requirements 5-6 years' experience in a similar role with the above functions. An accountancy qualification is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
