About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support our business development team. This full-time, remote position is based in Italy and requires strong technical expertise.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops;
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings;
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding client needs;
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support;
* Train and inform partners about products and unique selling points;
* Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with R&D to improve products;
* Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
About You
* You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering (preferably electrical or electro-mechanical);
* At least 3 years in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, with preference for experience in Residential Energy Storage;
* You are self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in teams;
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and delivering training;
* You can understand customer needs and find solutions;
* Passion for the industry, quick learner, adaptable to rapid changes;
* You are fluent in English and Italian; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
