Leading company in the food sector in the production of bakery products, research intern in the commercial department, to be included in its staff. The resource will mainly deal with managing and developing the turnover of customers in the reference area, initially alongside and with the supervision of the commercial department. Main responsibilities: - to carry out market, sector and competitor analysis; - to provide adequate assistance to the Customer during the negotiation, the provision of the service and in the after-sales process to manage payment schedule, payment reminders, credit insurance, contract forms of the customers; - to implement the business through sampling proposal for the existing customers and through searching for new customers; - to interface with the others departments for the preparation and launching of the new projects La Mole and on private label; - commercial development of new products; - outstanding team working skills; proactivity and curiosity; - to request orders to the customers. Position requirements: - at least 1 year of experience in the same role; - Bachelor degree; - fluent Italian, English C1 Minimum / C2 oral and written and another language; - Skill in using PC; - dynamism, proactivity, strong commercial and negotiation skills; - analytical skills, result orientation; - willingness to travel frequently and participate in trade fairs.
